From the first contact we had with Felicity we knew that we were in the right hands , we met Felicity for a face to face meeting initially to go through everything and our needs, this was a great way to do things rather than over the phone and made it much more casual and relaxed. Felicity made everything so clear to us throughout the whole process , there was never anything we didn’t understand, and if there was anything we were still unsure on - she was only a phone call away and was always more than happy to oblige. Felicity would always check in throughout the whole process with us and give us any updates as and when she had them, (even when her job was done and we had acquired the mortgage offer) .
