I’m Wayne Sutton, based in the Macclesfield area of Cheshire. I am a true Maxonian having lived in good old ‘Treacle Town’ all my life. I live with my wife, Holly, and three young children; Gracie, Paige and George. We are proud to live in such a wonderful town and in our spare time we love nothing more than enjoying a Sunday morning walk in the forest or taking in the fantastic views up Teggs Nose Country Park followed by lunch in one of the many family-friendly eating establishments in the area. My hobbies also include socialising with friends, going to the football and attending music concerts.
I’ve worked in Financial Services for over 17 years and I specialise in mortgages and related protection. I offer all my clients a personal and professional service in all aspects their mortgage and house buying needs and I have a strong belief that everybody should receive excellent advice when entering into such a commitment.

I’m Felicity, but please call me Fliss, based in the beautiful town of Macclesfield, Cheshire.
I absolutely adore the outdoors, with my free time spent exploring new forest trails with my beautiful dog Luna followed by playing 18 holes of golf with my husband and friends!
Macclesfield and the surrounding areas have such a sense of community and it’s so lovely to be able to wander into the town to enjoy dinner and drinks at one of the many top notch local bars and restaurants that Macclesfield has to offer.
